Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Promoters/Directors/Key Managerial Personnel/Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from May 21, 2016 till June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
