SHREE GLOBAL TRADEFIN LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Persons from Wednesday, 17th May, 2017 to Wednesday, 31st May, 2017 (both days inclusive).
