Shree Global Tradefin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following proposed decisions:<BR><BR>1. Approval of Draft Postal Ballot Notice to seek approval of the shareholders for Alteration of Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Shri K. C. Nevatia, of K. C. Nevatia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as a Scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot and E-voting process.<BR><BR>3. Approval of Calendar of Events.
