SHREE PRECOATED STEELS LTD. - Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider and adopt Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 alongwith the Auditors Report thereon.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Insider Trading Policy, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 12, 2016 to May 21, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
