We would like to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons/Connected persons of the company from 1st July,2024 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024
