May, 2024 has approved the Audited Financial Results on standalone basis for the quarter and year ended on 315t March, 2024, as reviewed by Audit Committee at its meeting held on 18 May, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Audit Report of the Statutory Auditor for that period and Statement of Impact of Audit Qualifications as well as the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 31t March, 2024
