SHREE SALASAR INVESTMENT LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, issued by BSE Limited, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. April 01, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders of the Company as covered under the Company''s Code of Conduct.
