Deep Shukla & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process at the 51st AGM of the Company [including e-voting] and to submit the Report for declaration of the results thereof.<BR><BR>3. To Consider formation of Subsidiary to enter into Real Estate & Construction Business. The Company also consider to enter into Agricultural Development Business.
