the trading window will remain closed from January30, 2018 to February10, 2018 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the company for quarter ending December31, 2017 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on February 12, 2018.
