In Continuation to earlier intimations, please be informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have interalia, transacted the following business. The Board has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2022, in the specified format along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
