As per applicable regulations of SEBI (LODR), we submit that pursuant to voluntary application made by Shri Bajrang Agro Processing Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, under Sec. 248 of the Companies Act, 2013, with the Registrar of Companies to Strike-off their names from the register of Companies, the name of above wholly owned subsidiary has been struck off from the register of companies.
