Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, for considering the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for the designated persons would remain closed from July 23, 2015 to August 13, 2015 as per the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
