Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:<br/><br/>- Re-appointment of Shri Nimish U. Patel as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years from January 14, 2015 to January 13, 2020.
