Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in reference to the clarifications regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited, vide its letter bearing Reg No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated 2nd April, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons and other persons covered under the code, with effect from 1st July, 2024, upto 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024, in terms of the code of conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
