Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016 at 03:30 p.m. have considered and decided the following:-<BR><BR>1. Authorised the Chairman to approve the draft of Notice of Annual General Meeting & to fix date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Reviewed and noted the status of BIFR.
