Shriram EPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board had met on July 15, 2014 as intimated and discussed about the Rights Issue proposed.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Board has decided to defer the proposed rights issue to a later date and the Company will be intimating further developments in this regard, if any, accordingly.
