Kindly note that from this year on wards IND-AS is applicable for the Company and this being the first year, we propose to hold the Audit Committee (Scheduled to commence at 10.30 a.m.) and Board Meeting (scheduled to commence at 01.30 p.m.) on 13th September 2017 for the consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2017.
