In Pursuance of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015(LODR), we wish to inform that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificates (Letter of Confirmation) on July 11, 2024 in lieu of original share certificate reported as lost/misplaced by the shareholders, the details are as per the letter attached herewith.
