In pursuance of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations , 2015 (LODR), we wish to inform that the Company has issued duplicate share certificate (Letter of Confirmation) on July 23, 2024 , in lieu of original share certificates reported as loss/misplaced by the shareholders as per the letter attached herewith.
