Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to submit to the stock exchanges the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the first three quarters of the current financial year 2015-16 and Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the 4th quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 in view of the proposed Amalgamation of Shriram Equipment Finance Company Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company for which approval of the Board of Directors of the Company was accorded in the last Board Meeting held on June 26, 2015.
