Integrated Enterprises (India) Limited has been changed to Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, subsequent to the demerger of Integrated Enterprises (India) Limited pursuant to the scheme of de-merger approved by the Honble High Court of Madras on June 03, 2016 with no effective change of ownership or management or the operational team.
