SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO.LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2022. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company for consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
