Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the 'trading window' will be closed from January 23, 2016 to February 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the Company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
