Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company by all Designated Persons will remain closed from 1st January, 2024 till end of 48 hours of the declaration of the unaudited quarterly financial statements for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023.
