In terms of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that, the Company has not issued and have no Non-convertible preference shares, NCD''S/Bonds or any other non-convertible securities during the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. Therefore, the provision in terms of Regulation 57(5)of SEBI (LODR) is not applicable.
