We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 24th July 2017, has appointed Mr. SudhirKumar Prajapati as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 24th July 2017 in place of Mr. Gaurav Shah Who has resigned from the Post of Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. 24th July 2017.
