In continuation of our earlier communications dated 11.02.2022, 23.02.2022, 08.05.2023 & 08.03.2024 submitted to Stock Exchange, we wish to inform you that the company has received today the final order dated 09.05.2024 passed by NCLT Chennai bench approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Danish Steel Cluster Pvt. Ltd. (Transferor Co.) with Sicagen India Ltd. (Transferee co.). The certified copy of the said order received from NCLT Chennai bench is attached herewith.
