This is to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015(as amended) read with the ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons'' ('the Code'), the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company, in any manner, shall remain closed from Friday, 01st July, 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
