This is to inform you that in pursuance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that Mr. Sandip Sharma and Mr. Jai Prakash Singh, Independent Directors of the Company has tendered their resignations from the position of the Independent Director of the Company vide letter dated 18th May 2024
