Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of declaring financial results of the Company, for the 1st Quarter / Three Months ending December 31, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from December 17, 2015 until January 31, 2016 pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
