Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of declaring the Annual Audited Financial results for FY 2014-15, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from September 16, 2015 until November 19, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
