Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of declaring the financial results for the 1s Quarter/ Three Months ending December 31, 2014, the Company will close its trading window under its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading from December 17, 2014 until January 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
