Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of declaring the Annual Audited Financial results for FY 2013-14, the trading window under the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed from September 15, 2014 until November 26, 2014 (both days inclusive).
