SIEMENS LTD. - Board recommend Dividend & Special Dividend

Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity Share (300%) and a Special Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share (200%) (in view of the large exceptional income during the year) for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2015. The Dividend, as recommended by the BoD, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on February 05, 2016.
