SIEMENS LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2020, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 7/- per Equity share of Rs. 2/- each (350%) for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2020.<BR><BR>The Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, would be paid from February 16, 2021.
