Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of declaring financial results of the Company, for the 3rd Quarter / Nine Months ending June 30, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from June 16, 2015 until August 07, 2015 pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
