SIMBHAOLI SUGARS LTD. - Outcome of Adjourned Board Meeting

Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 09, 2015 and adjourned meeting held on November 14, 2015, has constituted the Board Structure of the Amalgamated Company as per attached Annexure 1.<BR><BR>In addition to the above, the Company has also approved the appointment of Key Managerial Personnel as per attached Annexure 2.
