Due to continuing Covid-19 Pandemic, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has vide its circular dated May 5, 2020 read with circulars dated April 8, 2020 & April, 13 2020 permitted the holding of Annual General Meetings (AGM) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). <BR> <BR> Therefore, in compliance with abovesaid Circulars and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has decided to convene the ensuing 9th AGM of the Members of the Company, scheduled be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11:00 am through VC/OAVM.<BR> <BR> We are enclosing herewith the copy of the newspaper advertisement published in Business Standard English and Hindi on November 23, 2020 editions regarding the disclosures under the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the above on record.<BR>
