This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending 31st March, 2023, shall be intimated separately. Kindly take this into your record.
