The audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 as required for listed Equity Shares pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations.<BR><BR>2. The audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 for listed Non-Convertible Debentures pursuant to Regulation 52 of Listing Regulations.<BR><BR>3. To recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
