SIMPLEX INFRASTRUCTURES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) with effect from 01 st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.
