Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2015 have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Policy on Preservation of Documents as per clause 9 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Policy for Determination of materiality of any event / information as per clause 30(4)(ii) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.
