Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for sale, purchase and dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from May 19, 2016 for Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) under the Code of Conduct of the Company for Trading in Securities by Insiders. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.
