Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Financial result/Statement of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31st 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, duly reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held today, 22nd January,2021.<BR> <BR> 2.
