The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated, their immediate relative and all connected persons (as defined in the code) with effect from 1st April, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
