Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today 08th November, 2020, inter-alia: <BR> 2. declared an interim dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.5 per equity share of face value of Re. 2/- each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021.The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 19th November, 2020, and dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before 5th December, 2020.<BR> The Board of Directors'' meeting commenced at 12:30 p.m and concluded at 2:10 p.m. <BR>
