Sinnar Bidi Udyog Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2015, has appointed Mr. Sushil Ladda as Company Secretary and recognized him as a Key Managerial Person in accordance with section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
