This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of SIS Limited ('Company') at its meeting held today, October 27, 2021, has, inter-alia approved the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we have enclosed the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 along with the limited review report issued by the Statutory Auditors.<BR> <BR> A copy of the Press Release being issued in respect of the aforesaid financial results and the Earnings Note for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2021 are also enclosed.
