The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 26, 2022, has recommended the appointment of M/s SS Kothari Mehta & Co. (FRN: 000756N), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
