SIS Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has considered and approved the allotment of 58,930 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on August 10, 2022 under the Employee Stock Option Plan of the Company. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,58,70,650 /- divided into 14,71,74,130 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
